BUYING
　
To buy land you pay a one time purchase price or pay 3 months�tier for it in advance and get the land for free. This ownership is transferable if you decide to sell it to another SL resident. It is permanent as long as you don't violate the zoning rules and terms of service. You can pay tier with L$ or via paypal by using our tier terminal in world.
If you need further assistance you can contact a Dreamland Angel when in Second Life. The list of Dreamland angels can be found in the Dreamland ACS profile. Alternatively you can go to www.anshechung.com and open a support ticket by clicking on the HELP link there.
When you sell your land and don't expect to purchase more you must cancel the subscription from your Paypal account.
There are some differences compared to land ownership on the mainland that you should be aware of:
. As long as the sim exists it will be administered by Anshe Chung Studios.
. Premium account is not necessary for purchasing land in Dreamland.
. Tier fee goes to ACS instead of Linden Lab. ACS rates are comparable to those charged by Linden Lab

TERMINATION 　
In case of termination of the project a notice will be sent at least two weeks in advance.
All land in this list is on the Dreamland continent and is managed by Anshe Chung Studios, Ltd.
