What is Dreamland? |

Dreamland is a community of communities in Second Life. It was established under the idea that though each person is unique, each person’s abilities to develop thoughts, ideas, and dreams are much greater when we interact with other individuals with similar goals and likes. As this is the basis of socialization not only in the real world, but also in Second Life, Dreamland is continuously being shaped by real people with real human preferences to consistently be the best and largest virtual community-centered area of Second Life. |

How do I find the names of the Dreamland Angels to contact in Second Life for a specific question? |

If you are seeking immediate help, simply go to the Dreamland Central Hub to find an Angel online at any moment. To see, from anywhere in Second Life, the complete list of all Dreamland Angels, go to Search and type in “Dreamland ACS”. Selecting “Dreamland ACS” from the list will show the profile including the name of each Dreamland Angels. |

Are there Dreamland Angels that speak languages other than English? |

Yes we have several Angels that speak German, Dutch, French, Japanese, Chinese, and Italian. They too can be found in the “Dreamland ACS” profile within Second Life. This profile may be found using the Search function. |

I've purchased land via the dreamland.anshechung.com website, how do I go about getting the deed to my land? |

If you've purchased land via the buy now button on the website, you just contact a Dreamland Angel and request the deed to your land. Please make sure you have the following information readily available:
* A landmark to the parcel purchased - The Angels will unable to track down your transaction without a landmark of the parcel you have purchased.
* Primary PayPal Email Address - This is needed to verify payment of your order. |

Can I rent land with Linden Dollars (L$)? |
| A. |
Yes you may rent land with Linden Dollars (L$)! Keep in mind that renting is only available in some sims, and the price will vary dependant on whether the sim is Regular Prim, Low Prim or Double Prim. |

How much does land rent for? |
| A. |
* Regular land is L$2000 a month per 1024sqm. Therefore, as an example, if you wanted to rent 4096sqm on Regular Prim land, it would cost you L$8000 a month.
* Double Prim land is DOUBLE the rental price so a 4096sqm parcel would offer you 1875 prim and cost L$16000 a month.
* Low Prim land is large pieces of land with 1/4 of the prim, these parcels are specially priced and if you wanted to rent a 16384sqm low prim parcel it would cost you L$8000 a month for 468 prim (1/4 of Regular Prim).

If at any point in your functioning within Dreamland you need help, we encourage you to ask a neighbor for help, as they will quite possibly be familiar with your specific location and preferences. If you ever require anything beyond this, just take advantage of your ability to converse with a Dreamland Angel now.

After you sell your land, how could you cancel your subscription? |

These are the steps how to cancel your subscription:
1. Log into your PayPal account on www.paypal.com.
2. Click on the HISTORY tab.
3. Look for an "active" subscription. You might have to go back in your history.
4. Click the "details" link.
5. Click the CANCEL button. |
