Anshe Chung's Dreamland

You can purchase land in over 500 sims in Dreamland Region and Dreamland 2007 Region by buying it directly in Second Life using land tools at each property for sale. Click the right button on your mouse while pointing at the land then "About Land" and you will see the description and a buy button to purchase the land at the price stated. You will have to agree to a covenant for all regions. These zoning rules are meant to protect your investment by keeping properties well maintained, landscaped and in "theme" in many sims. They outline the parameters that you must meet in order to have a compliant build. Land in the Anarchy-Unzoned region will only be subject to Second Life TOS regulations.

Tier Fees in Dreamland Region

After the purchase of land in this region, you have to pay tier fees using Paypal subscription according to the appropriate lot size LAND TIER.

You must send Email to: dreamland.support@gmail.com and provide your SL name - Sim name - Location (coordinates) - Lot Size - Primary Email address associated with your Paypal Account.

Tier Fees in Dreamland2007 Region

After you have purchased the land using the land tools at the property in Second Life, look for the red balloon southwest of your parcel and TOUCH it once. It will record you as the owner and become transparent.

Go to the white tier payment terminal in the middle of the sim or find a location in Dreamland2007 ACS Second Life profile, and TOUCH it for instructions.

If you pay via Paypal then Paypal fees and currency conversion fees will be deducted from your payments before they are applied to your tier balance. No fees are deducted if you pay with Linden$.

You can pay your tier by paying Linden$ into the tier terminal in the middle of the sim. Alternatively, you can pay with US$, EUR and several other currencies via Paypal. If you stand next to the tier payment terminal and say "Paypal" you will be guided through the Paypal payment process.

When you sell your land and don't expect to purchase more you must cancel the subscription from your Paypal account.
